Coast & Country Custom Homes specializes in designing and managing new custom home builds and custom renovations in Langley, Surrey, and the Fraser Valley areas of BC. Coast & Country Custom Homes was created in 2010 by Walter Nordeman, a contractor who held 11 years’ experience in framing and project management. Walter developed the company with a goal to provide customers with the most personalized services and attention which will enable them to enjoy their experience of building or renovating their home.
The Company
Walter had a vision to develop a company dedicated to his customers; he aims to get to know his customers and really understand what his customers want and need from their custom home or renovation—paying attention to every detail. He works closely with his customers throughout the duration of the project and takes care of every aspect, from permit to final walk through, so clients have an enjoyable and worry-free experience during this exciting phase of their lives.
To ensure customers receive the most personalized services, Coast & Country Custom Homes only accepts two custom home projects per year. This brings customers peace of mind knowing that we are committed to providing the customer with the attention they deserve; and they can be confident that all details are taken care of.

At Coast & Country Custom Homes we offer a complete selection of contracting services in Langley, Surrey, and in the Fraser Valley, including: building custom homes on acreage, building luxury custom homes, building rural custom homes, large scale renovations, and landscape management. Our customers have enjoyed the fact that we not only build their custom homes, but can also take care of managing the final landscaping details (including finding the architect/designer). This helps our customers save time and money by incorporating the final grade in relation to the landscape design–and it is just another way we can help reduce our client’s stress.
